The Cedar Cove Community Association is the umbrella HOA for the 8 distinct homeowner HOA's that make up the Cedar Cove Community in Lexington Park, Maryland.

Our main mission is to manage the community common areas to include our largest common area, the beach and beach access road. This is a private community beach sandwiched between the Patuxent River Naval Air Station to the north and the Villas on Waters Edge waterfront to the south but not to include the rocks in front of the Villas Property.
